Workshop:
Horse Behavior

When: Saturday, September 27th
Time: 9:30am -11:30am
Investment: $150 to Participate / $40 to Audit

We all love horses for so many reasons. They are willing to help us learn-not only about them, but ourselves too.

How do we see things from their perspective?

This clinic will be a combination of observation and active participation.about horse behavior, and ways to interpret the question "What is the horse trying to tell us?" Reading horses cues and body language is discussed as well as potential triggers for the horse. Why does the horse react the way they do in certain mounted and unmounted activities? What are we doing to cause a reaction with a horse? Are we using our bodies correctly to communicate to the horse?

We will also explore some of the latest research and findings from reputable industry leaders and brainstorm on how we feel it could be important and significant when working with horses. Most importantly,"How can we better support the horse?"

A strong focus will be an opening of the day with movement, breath work and body awareness.
