Birthday Parties on the Farm

Parties include 2 hours of farm fun with a hayride*, visits with our goats, chickens, ducks, bunnies, pigs, alpacas & sheep, and time for the celebration!

Families supply decorations**, utensils, plates, cups, food and cake. We set up and clean up!

Barn Bash $400:

Good for smaller groups! Includes up to 15 children with the option to add on up to 5 additional children at $15/child. Maximum of 40 guests (adults and children) total.

Big Barn Bash $600:

Good for bigger celebrations! Includes 20 or more children and/or a total of more than 40 guests (adults and children) total.

Barn Bash & Big Barn Bash Party Add-Ons:

Garden Party: $5/child
- Time for each child to decorate a pot and plant a flower or seeds to take home. Adds 30 minutes to your party.
Winter Wonderland: $75/30 minutes
- Options include sledding, snowman building, winter hike or snowshoeing* (BYO snowshoes). Adds 30 minutes to your party.
Craftable Creations $5/child
- Create something special to bring home! We will help to come up with a fantastic craft for a theme the birthday kid loves. Adds 30 minutes to your party.
Tractor Time: $75/30 minutes
- Have a child who LOVES tractors? They can take a picture up on the tractor and have fun giving it a good scrubbing! Adds 30 minutes to your party.
Pony Decorating: $100/30 minutes
- Spend time brushing, petting and decorating one of our friendly ponies with flowers and accessories! Adds 30 minutes to your party.

Pony Party $550

For kids who dream in hoofbeats! This intimate, pony-centered celebration is all about making magical memories with our four-legged friends. Children will brush, decorate, and accessorize one of our friendly ponies, and each child gets their very own pony ride in the ring. Pony Parties are available on Sundays.

*Hayrides, winter activities and pony rides are weather permitting. If we are unable to provide a hayride, a craft substitution will be offered.

**Please no balloons or confetti, as it is not safe for our animals

A $100 non-refundable deposit will hold your date. Balance is due one week prior to your party date and will be automatically debited using the payment method for the deposit. Additional fees (overtime or additional kids) will be automatically debited on the day of the party.

FAQs

For Barn Bash Parties, the maximum is 20 children. 15 are included in the base price, and additional children are $15/child.
For Big Barn Bash Parties, there is no maximum. 20 children are included in the price.
For Pony Parties, 10 children are included in the base price. Additional children are $20/child with a maximum of 15 total children.
Anyone older than 12 months and younger than 16 years old!
Yes! We do not have any food limitations.
We have not had the best luck in getting pizza delivered to the farm. The local pizza delivery options are not very reliable! While you’re welcome to order delivery at your own risk, we highly recommend having someone pick it up - Market Basket is usually on time with their pizza orders!
You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. We typically have parties scheduled back to back so any more than 15 minutes early we likely won’t be able to start setting up yet.
You can add on an additional 15 minutes (if it is available) to the start of your party in order to have more set up time. The fee for this is $50.
Please pull into the first entrance on the right after turning onto Gould Road. If you miss that entrance, please turn around and go back - the other driveway is an EXIT only!! Once you pull around the grey farmhouse, a Farm staff member will assist you in where to park.
Please tell your guests to drive SLOWLY!!!
We try to keep our parties to the 2 hours (or more if extras were added to extend the time in advance) as scheduled. Since our parties often run back to back, we ask that your guests don’t linger at the farm. You will be charged $50/15 minute increments if your party goes over the allotted time.
We welcome people of all ages here at the farm, and require a minimum of 4 adults per 10 kids be at the party. This is to ensure the safety of the children as well as our animals here at the farm.
Fire pits, additional animal tours, pony decorating and add-on activities add on extra time to the party. Once our schedule is booked, we are not able to add-on extras since we have parties/events scheduled after your party. Please book these during the party booking process!
Pony rides are only available as part of our Pony Party package and are not available as an add-on to Barn Bash parties.
With illnesses and weather being very unpredictable, we are flexible with rescheduling if needed.
Yes! Depending on the type of party you’re planning (pony party, winter wonderland, barn bash) we have a couple options for setting up the food/cake celebration area indoors.
Barn Aisle: not heated, but pretty warm with the doors closed. Spacious. Located on the Big Red Barn side of Gould Road where the horses and ponies are.
School House: heated, on the grey Farmhouse side of the road where most of the other animals are, as well as a good hill for sledding. Smaller than the Barn Aisle.
We have goats, sheep, alpacas, cows, chickens, ducks, geese, pigs, rabbits and guinea pigs! Depending on the animal, guests are welcome to hold/snuggle/feed/brush/pet them!
