Our Classes

  • Yogotta Be EmPOWERed!

    Wednesday, July 26th & Tuesday, August 29th
    For girls ages 8-13
    $80

    Yoginis will learn about self-love, confidence, emotional regulation, and yoga.

    Students will have the opportunity to learn about themselves, make friends and snuggle some animals.

    Through movement, meditation, breathing techniques and mindfulness, students will learn how to take their practice off the mat and into their day-to-day lives, growing confident, empowered, relaxed and happy.

    The day will be filled with discussion, yoga, creativity and fun! Yoginis will be sent home with a mindful craft created in the workshop, and a personal journal.

    No prior yoga experience needed.

  • Family Yoga

    July 29th, 10am

    August 26th, 10am
    $25/child + caregiver, $10/additional child

    Families that flow together, grow together.

    A gentle yoga class suited for children and beginners, this class is created for you to connect with your family through mindful movement. Yoga can help you find joy in the present moment and release tension in the body. Reconnect with nature, and find peace within parenting as you bond with your child through yoga.

    Possible activities include: Yoga, Mindful crafts, Storytelling.

  • Basking with Bunnies

    Select dates throughout Spring, Summer & Fall
    $25/person

    Basking with Bunnies- a restorative yoga class that incorporates ground-based poses, breath and bunnies! Come enjoy a restful hour of stretching and hanging out with bunnies!

  • Goat Yoga

    Select dates throughout Spring, Summer & Fall
    $28/person

    Not your traditional yoga class, goat yoga is a great way to get out of your head, try something new and interact with silly, adorable goats! Class will combine the known therapeutic effects of spending time with animals with the physical and mental benefits of yoga. During class we will move through a yoga sequence designed to complement the goats wandering freely around as they nuzzle, cuddle or maybe even jump up on you. We will finish with time for extra cuddles and pictures.
