$28/personNot your traditional yoga class, goat yoga is a great way to get out of your head, try something new and interact with silly, adorable goats! Class will combine the known therapeutic effects of spending time with animals with the physical and mental benefits of yoga. During class we will move through a yoga sequence designed to complement the goats wandering freely around as they nuzzle, cuddle or maybe even jump up on you. We will finish with time for extra cuddles and pictures.

Moonlit Flow: New Moon Yoga on the Farm

The new moon invites us to pause, turn inward, and plant seeds of intention for the month ahead. Join us for a 75 minute grounding yoga practice in the cozy farmhouse, where movement, breath, and stillness weave together to create space for clarity and renewal.
Class will include a gentle, slow-flow sequence to open the body, breathwork to balance energy, and guided meditation for intention-setting under the dark, quiet energy of the new moon. You’ll leave feeling centered, grounded, and aligned with the natural rhythms of the season.
No prior yoga experience is needed—this is a practice for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat and any props that support your comfort.
